Is A Tune-Up A Scam?
If it is not done properly then they sure can be. How do you know we are doing it properly? We give you a report saying what we did, and what was tested. We give you what we found before the Tune-Up. The After Tune-Up our report gives you findings with pictures to prove repairs and or the results when needed.
I can buy it cheaper online?
Yes, that very well maybe. We don't sell parts though we sell comfort. It comes all inclusive. It includes a factory trained Tech that comes to your house to properly diagnose the system right the first time. Parts on the Truck to repair it asap. Sure you can buy parts cheaper online but you will be hard pressed to find comfort delivered online.
Do you charge a premium?
While, we may not be the cheapest you will find. We may be one of the best.. There are definitely a lot of companies that charge a lot more money than we do for the same services. Honestly, we charge what we need to in order to be able to offer a living wage for our employees and consistent service to our customers. That's the price you get from us. We don't care what everyone else is charging.
How am I going to pay for this?
We make this very easy. We take good old fashioned Cash, Credit Card, Check Money order, Wire, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Apple Pay, Crypto, we have several options for Financing as well, the most popular being 12 month same as cash and 7 year terms loans. We could even consider trades or gold bars just ask, we don’t want you to be out in the cold if we can help it. We can also point you in the direction of government agencies that may be able to help.
Why doesn’t everyone have ten year parts and labor warranty?
Simple.. they don't think their equipment will last that long and don't want to stand behind it.
What is Lifetime unit Replacement?
All of our common residential furnaces come with lifetime unit replacement. Industry standard is if your heat exchanger “the main component” goes Bad they will give you the part for free.. Sounds good right.. Well it could be backordered, or having supply chain issues.. If our heat exchanger ever goes bad we give you a new furnace. No other manufacturer does this.. This is way above and beyond the industry standard.
What is It going to cost?
Simple, we are No pressure sales. We have transparent pricing. For example a $50K house and a $500K house have the same price for a water heater. We charge by what it costs us to do it, not the highest price a salesman can sell it for. starting at $1800 depending on the style and size.
Is Carbon Monoxide really dangerous?
Yes, carbon monoxide is actually very deadly. It is a very serious thing, but it is also often used as a slimy, high-pressure sales opportunity to push fast sales based on fear. We hate even the thought of that business model.. We do have a threshold that we recommend you repair or replace and we do have a threshold that we recommend you should not be in the house at all until a correction is made for your safety. We use a mixture of the guidelines the local fire departments use for safe limits along with industry standards to decide.
